Local authorities, provinces, national governments, and the European Commission are setting more and more targets and rules for event organisers, all aimed at reducing the negative impact of events. They’re also intended to generate positive social change. The focus is on themes like plastic consumption, urban logistics, sustainable energy, climate adaptation, circularity, and diversity.
Effective and accessible
In spring 2020, we launched a four-part webinar series entitled “All about waste-free cup systems”. Research among participants shows that these webinars are a very effective tool for taking the first steps towards sustainable change. That’s why we’ll be offering a comprehensive webinar programme again in 2021. With these webinars and articles, we can join with our industry partners to share our knowledge and expertise. Together, we can help the industry choose future-proof solutions and methods. It’s better for the Earth and in line with the sustainable course being charted by local authorities, provinces, the Netherlands, and Europe.
